In recent years, as a result of the rising technology of the country and the stimulus of the time current, the industrial of domestic industries is all the more becoming technology intensive-this is no exception to the industry of steel strip heat treatment. Consequently,the demand for better quality and function becomes increasingly prevail-ing.
Established ind 1946, the Company has been devoted to the operation of the steel strip heat treatment for 21 yeats. To meet the customers' specific requirements in hardness, toughness and strength,we have been sparing no effort in selection best possible materials and implementing strict quality control. And,to meet markets' demands and upgrade technological development, we introduced in 1982 the most modern bright heat treating line for steel strips which controls the temperature of heating treat-ment completely by computers, with its power of 375 Watts, the harkness of the steel strip is evenly treated and the toughness up to standards.

- Higher impact strength:
Higher ductility and notch toughness)Judging from Approximarte Hardness Conversion Numbers for steels.it is ob-bious that the impact strength is about 100% increased for Martempered steel strips and about 200% increased for Austempered (Bainite hardened) steel strips comparing with those hardened by conventional pro-cedure
- Better tensile strength uniformity:
The accurate temperature control system (Within ±1°C) and the special atmosphere circulating system in tempering furnace result in better tensile strength uniformity-the tolerance can be achieved within+15N/mme for strips 300mm wide.
- Higher bending fatigue strength:
That's due to less residual stresses developed during Martempering or Austempering.
- Better planeness:
The planeness of the steel strips treated by our company can be reduced to 0.5μm per m/m of strip width,i.e. 0.1m/m dish along the center line of a steel strip with 200mm wide.
- Wider hardenable ranges:
Strip thickeness/width ratio can go as far as1:2000 without planeness and tensile strength tolerances being affected.
By our furnace,the hardenable ranges can be from 0.05m/m to 3m/m in thickness and can go up to 300m/m in width.
- Good surface finish:
The strips can be colored to be bright white or bright blue with very good surface condi-tion without any scratches.
